NOA monitors marketing activity for each location to ensure your store is receiving maximum exposure and comparing results to dollars spent. The Quality Assurance program and Reputation Management activities and results are recorded here.
NOA also manages all vendor account information, contracts and renewal dates, and tenant insurance claims to ensure the business side runs smoothly.
Deviations from established norms, goals, etc set by the storage operator in any of the above areas are immediately reported electronically to the Owner or supervisory designee. Since NOA is web based, all personnel with proper permissions can access critical data at any time from anywhere so immediate action can be taken.
