Think of Tenant insurance, only more flexible.  We have the ability to offer this service to all 50 states without the hassle of having to have the owners or managers of a facility become licensed, bonded or insurance agents just to offer the service to their tenants.


You will receive a generous share from all revenue received, as well as free setup and training.  We can customize this product to fit your needs, as well as implement it into any management program.

We have a proven Risk Management and Profit Center known as the Customer Goods Protection Program.

Here's how it works:

no 1We setup the program at your site (remotely) and we train your managers. 
Our program can work with all types of management programs, even Quickbooks.

no 2Your store will offer Customer Goods Protection to your customers.  When a customer purchases an agreement, you simply pay a predetermined rate for each one and you keep the rest (this repeats each month the customer makes their payment).  Customers will submit their payment with their regular monthly rent.  If a customer cancels or defaults, you will not pay for that agreement.

no 3Your managers will find offering the Customer Goods Protection is just as simple as selling a disc lock to a customer.  It only takes a few clicks of the mouse and a simple lease addendum to be completed.  It's that easy.  Your managers will be given a point of contact in the event of needing assistance with selling or making claims.

no 4We handle all claims and have a very high approval rate.  We value each customer and their concerns.  At the end of each month, we will contact you to send a simple report and your collected payment share.  This should only take moments of your time to process.

no 5If your store already participates in a similar program, we will pay all postage necessary to notify all tenants of the change in plans.
